Agreement to Terms

By requesting consultation services from Grace Kim (김수지) or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our consultation services.

What We Provide

Grace Kim provides consultation and guidance services only for:

  • Samsung Insurance Products: Guidance on products available through www.samsunglife.com and direct.samsunglife.com
  • Samsung Credit Cards: Information about products available through samsungcard.com
  • Eligibility Assessment: Help determining which products may be suitable for your visa type and situation
  • Application Guidance: Direction on how to complete applications on Samsung's official websites

What We Do NOT Provide

  • Direct insurance or credit card applications processing
  • Guarantee of approval for any Samsung products
  • Financial planning or investment advice
  • Legal advice regarding insurance or financial matters
  • Payment processing or financial transactions
  • Document storage or financial record management

Samsung Partnership and Authorization

Grace Kim is an authorized Samsung consultant who provides guidance and referrals to official Samsung financial products. This relationship means:

  • We are authorized to provide information about Samsung insurance and credit card products
  • We can guide you to the appropriate Samsung websites for applications
  • We may coordinate with Samsung representatives when necessary for your consultation
  • We are NOT Samsung employees and do not make decisions on behalf of Samsung

Official Samsung Websites: All actual applications, approvals, and transactions occur on Samsung's official platforms, which maintain comprehensive privacy policies effective August 12, 2025:

Consultation Fees

Initial consultations are provided free of charge. If extended consultation services are required, any fees will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before services are provided.

Eligibility and Geographic Limitations

Our consultation services are available to:

  • Current residents of South Korea (all visa types: G1, E9, E7, E6, E8, F2, F5, F6, D2, D4, D10)
  • Korean citizens
  • Individuals planning to reside in South Korea and eligible for Samsung financial products

Geographic Limitation: Samsung insurance and credit card products are generally available only to South Korea residents. We cannot provide consultation for individuals who do not meet Samsung's residency requirements.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Guarantee of Approval

Our consultation services do NOT guarantee approval for any Samsung insurance or credit card products. Final approval decisions are made entirely by Samsung based on their underwriting criteria, credit review processes, and eligibility requirements.

Samsung product availability and eligibility depend on numerous factors including:
